How billing works

•You are charged in advance for the period you choose, and the subscription renews automatically at the regular price until you cancel.
•Cancel any time from Manage subscription in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
•Payments are non-refundable for partial periods. If you were charged in error, write to support@subaasiri.com within 14 days and we will investigate and refund it.
•Deleting your account cancels the subscription first, so nothing is charged afterwards.

⚠ Paying with a Sri Lankan card

Many Sri Lankan banks block international online payments by default, and Subaasiri is billed through a payment processor outside Sri Lanka. If your card is declined, this is almost always why.

Before you pay, enable international / overseas online transactionson your card — either in your bank's mobile app (usually under Card settings, Card controls, or Manage card) or by calling your bank's customer care and asking them to enable online transactions for foreign merchants. Keep it enabled while your subscription is running, because renewals are charged the same way.
