Why We Built Subaasiri
සුබාසිරි හැදුවේ ඇයි?
If you're Sri Lankan, you know: horoscope matching isn't a novelty — it's how families have made one of life's biggest decisions for generations. But most online platforms treat astrology as an afterthought. A sun-sign label here, a vague "compatible" badge there. That never felt right to us.
Subaasiri computes full Vedic compatibility using the Dasa Porondam (දස පොරොන්දම) — all 10 traditional porondams — plus dosha analysis, Navamsha (D9) chart compatibility, and cancellation rules. The same detailed process a family astrologer would do, but available instantly and privately on your phone.
We also saw how existing platforms often fail women. Unsolicited contact, fake profiles, no real privacy controls. That's why safety isn't something we added on top — it's built into the foundation. Consent-based photo sharing, passwordless sign-in, profile hiding, anonymous reporting. These aren't features we list to look good. They're there because they matter.

Browse verified astrologers, select up to 5 matches for expert analysis, and receive structured reports with per-match recommendations, dosha concerns, star ratings, and overall guidance — all within the app.
Verified Experts
Every astrologer on Subaasiri is vetted and approved by our admin team. View their bio, specialties, location, and consultation rate before choosing.
Structured Reports
No vague answers. Astrologers submit structured reports with a recommendation (good, needs discussion, or not recommended), concerns, and detailed notes for each match.
In-App Chat
Ask follow-up questions directly within the app. A 48-hour chat window opens after the report is submitted, so you can clarify any concerns.
Ratings & Reviews
After receiving your report, rate your experience and leave a review. Help other users choose the right astrologer based on real feedback.
Privacy Protected
Your horoscope data is shared only with the astrologer you choose, only for the matches you select. Astrologers cannot contact you outside the consultation.

Harassment of any kind — unwanted messages, repeated requests, inappropriate behaviour — leads to account action. We take every report seriously and our review process prioritises protecting the person who reported.
