Acceptable Use Policy

Subaasiri is a matrimonial matchmaking platform for adults seeking marriage. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do on Subaasiri, what we do when someone breaks these rules, and how to report a problem. It applies to everyone who uses Subaasiri — the website and the mobile app — and to everything you upload, send, or publish: your profile, your photographs, your messages, and any report or request you send us. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. Where the Community Guidelines describe how to treat people well, this document states the conduct that will get an account removed.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Subaasiri. There are no exceptions. We ask for your date of birth during onboarding and refuse to create a profile for anyone under 18. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, we delete it, and we take no payment from it. You may not create or manage an account on behalf of a person under 18, and you may not describe, depict, or seek a person under 18 anywhere on the platform.

A single instance of any of the following ends an account permanently, without warning. Where the law requires it, or where we judge that a person is at risk, we report it to the relevant authorities and preserve the evidence. Child sexual exploitation and abuse. Any sexual content involving a minor, any sexualised depiction or description of a minor, any attempt to contact, groom, or solicit a minor, and any request for or sharing of such material. Subaasiri LLC reports apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as required of us by law. Sexual violence. Threatening, describing, coordinating, promoting, or glorifying rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual sexual act. Non-consensual content. Sharing, threatening to share, or soliciting intimate images or recordings of any person without their consent. This includes images of a former partner, images taken without a person's knowledge, and material created or altered to depict a person sexually. Human trafficking and sex trafficking. Recruiting, advertising, transporting, harbouring, or arranging any person for sexual exploitation or forced labour, and any attempt to use Subaasiri to find or move a person for those purposes. This includes arrangements presented as marriage where a person is bought, sold, or transferred. Prostitution and commercial sexual services. Offering, advertising, arranging, or seeking sexual services in exchange for money or anything of value. Illegal activity. Using Subaasiri to plan, carry out, promote, or profit from any activity that is a crime under Sri Lankan law, United States law, or the law where you are.

The following will get an account suspended or removed, depending on what happened and whether it is repeated. Sexually explicit content. Sexually explicit photographs, messages, or requests, in a profile or in a conversation. Subaasiri is a marriage platform, and conversations are expected to reflect that. Fraud and scams. Asking another member for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or bank or card details. Investment or business propositions. Any story designed to obtain money or financial information from someone you met here — including claims of an emergency, a stuck payment, or a visa or travel cost. Never send money to someone you have met on Subaasiri. Impersonation and false profiles. Using another person's photographs or identity, creating multiple accounts, or misstating your age, marital status, or identity. Harassment. Threatening, abusive, or repeated unwanted contact, including pressure after someone has declined a request or stopped replying. Hate speech and discrimination. Attacking or demeaning a person because of their race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, disability, or any similar characteristic. Privacy violations. Sharing another member's photographs, horoscope, contact details, or conversations outside Subaasiri without their consent. Misuse of the platform. Automated collection of profiles or data, attempts to circumvent security or access another account, and using Subaasiri to advertise a product, service, or other platform.

A Subaasiri membership pays for access to the matchmaking service — horoscope compatibility, matches, and messaging with members who have shown mutual interest. It is a subscription to a service. It is not a payment to meet any particular person, it does not buy an introduction, and it is never a payment for any sexual or companionship service. Subaasiri takes no payment between members, and we do not operate pay-per-message or credit-based chat: once two members have both expressed interest, they can message each other, and no further payment is involved.

Every report reaches our moderation team and is reviewed. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, warn a member, suspend an account, or delete it permanently. For anything in Section 3, removal is immediate and permanent, and there is no warning. We preserve the relevant records, report to the authorities where the law requires it or where someone appears to be at risk, and cooperate with law enforcement requests that are properly made. A removed member does not get a refund of the remaining part of a subscription where the removal was for a breach of this policy. We may also act without a report — for example when a payment pattern, a login pattern, or our own review suggests an account is fraudulent.

Every profile and every conversation has Block and Report. Blocking takes effect immediately and the other member is not told. Reporting sends the details to our moderation team. You can also write to support@subaasiri.com. If a child is involved, or if someone is in immediate danger, say so in the subject line and we will treat it ahead of everything else. If you believe a crime has been committed, please also contact your local police. Nothing in this policy replaces that. If your account was suspended or removed and you believe we were wrong, reply to the notice we sent or write to support@subaasiri.com, and a person will look at it again.
